What makes Ecohaus, Your West Sussex Eco Builders different?

Builders usually work to building regulations, the minimum legal standard, whereas West Sussex Eco Builders at Ecohaus are dedicated to building better.

Ecohaus are taking construction to the next level and importantly build better than building regulations.

Learning, understanding and sharing knowledge is important at Ecohaus. Subsequently we now have a good understanding of building physics in addition to our building and managing skills. Passivehouse is a passion for us at Ecohaus, this helps us build not only new buildings, but repair old buildings as well.

All this knowledge helps us build buildings that are fit for humans, with passion and enthusiasm

The Association for Environment Conscious  Building along with The Passivehouse Trust have helped train Ecohaus

Depth of knowledge of an eco builder ensures that they make sure that things are done to the best of their ability. They continually evolve, and by their nature are very attentive to detail.

An eco builder, in our opinion describes, knowlegable, enthusiastic builders who importantly, know how to make buildings fit for humans. We are not magicians, we simply know how to build an excellent building.

A wine store built by West Sussex Eco Builders

Here is an example of how we can improve the efficiency of your home.

This is a wine store in a house. It is built with insulated floor, walls and ceiling, airtight surfaces, with the aim of maintaining a temperature of 13 degrees C.

The cooling is from client supplied air conditioning, yet due to the quality of the structure, the cooling system runs less than it would do in a standard wine store.
